As an undergraduate student at UCSB I took my first official nutrition course and worked on campus at the Wellness and Fitness Institute. I became interested in herbal medicine and homeopathy during my undergraduate years and studies in France, all of which led me to discover naturopathic medicine and National College of Naturopathic Medicine where I received my Naturopathic Doctor degree. I’ve been involved with nutrition and herbal medicine in some capacity for over 30 years and integrative and functional medicine for over 25 years. My current clinical focus is primarily working with individuals interested in healthy aging, holistic regenerative "medicine" including bioidentical hormones and peptide therapies, executive lifestyle coaching and high-level wellness. Abigail Seaver, ND, has owned and operated her Naturopathic family medical practice since 2004. She sees men, women and children ages 2 and up and has a special interest in helping women heal their digestion and balance their hormones to feel their best.Dr. Seaver started her career working very closely for seven years with Patricia Ammon, MD, a pioneer in Integrative Medicine.She speaks to the public on many topics including Menopause, Digestion, Inflammation, Cancer, and Bone Health.Dr. Seaver received her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
